The food was alright, but it just didn’t feel like a place I wanted to settle into. It was really loud, the tables were packed close together, and the lighting felt a bit harsh. The staff were there, but the whole thing felt rushed, like you were meant to eat quickly and leave. Not really somewhere I’d go to hang out for long

I feel like I paid premium money for a very average experience, which is always a fun little surprise.
The quality was fine, I guess, but definitely not impressive enough to justify the price. I was expecting something that felt at least a little more worth it, not something that made me question my life choices at checkout.

Maybe other people had better luck with rubys.com, but I wouldn’t buy from them again. For me, it just felt like an expensive lesson in disappointment

We’ve stayed at plenty of places with our kids before and usually feel comfortable, but this time was different. The kids seemed unwelcome pretty much the whole time, which made it hard for us to relax and enjoy the visit.

I ordered from rubys and the portions were way smaller than I expected. I finished my food and was still hungry, which was frustrating. For what I paid, that part was weird.

I ordered a burger from Ruby's Diner because I was craving something filling and figured it would be a solid choice, but it ended up being underwhelming. The patty was on the dry side and didn’t have much flavor, and the bun was already a little soggy when it arrived, which kind of ruined the whole thing for me. The fries were decent enough, but i ordered for the burger, not the sides. It wasn’t terrible, but for what it cost, I was expecting something a lot better.

The menu felt really small, and I got bored with the choices quickly. When I asked about other options, it kind of felt like I was being dismissed instead of helped, which made the experience even more disappointing.

I booked this mainly because of the location and the views, which were definitely nice, but the whole experience felt a bit overhyped. The website made it seem like it would be more relaxed and special, so I was a little confused when we got there and it was crowded, loud, and not really the vibe I expected. The staff also seemed kind of annoyed, which didn’t help. Glad I saw the view, but I wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back.

I got takeout it was disappointing. The food was cold, the fries were super soggy, and part of my order was missing. I tried calling to get it sorted out, but nobody picked up. For what it cost, I definitely expected a lot better. I won’t be ordering again

I tried asking a simple question, and the staff made it feel like I was annoying them just by being there. The whole interaction was cold and not helpful at all. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely didn’t leave me feeling good about using rubys.com again

I felt like I was waiting forever just to get someone to help me. After a while, I got frustrated and gave up. For me, it really wasn’t worth the time.

I’ve always had a soft spot for Ruby’s and usually pick it over other places, so I was a bit disappointed this time. The bathroom didn’t help either. It looked like it hadn’t been checked in a while, which surprised me because I’ve had better experiences there before. The staff were friendly, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but as someone who generally likes the place, it’s frustrating. I’m not saying I’ll never go back, but I’m definitely not rushing to.

Just a heads-up for anyone thinking of ordering from rubys.com, I tried a shake and a dessert, and it wasn’t great. The shake was watery and didn’t have much flavor, and the dessert tasted dry and a bit stale, like it had been sitting around too long. For the price, I was expecting something a lot better. Personally, I’d probably skip the sweets here or check recent reviews before ordering.

I wanted to like the place, but wow... the service was just really slow. I felt like I was waiting forever, and after a while it started to annoy me...

The parking situation got things off to a bad start. We drove around for way too long trying to figure out where to go, the lot was tiny, and the signs weren’t helpful at all. By the time we finally got inside, I was already annoyed and kind of over the whole thing. It just didn’t feel worth the hassle.

I ordered three things from Ruby's Diner and somehow only one of them was actually right
One costume showed up in the wrong size, and the mask I picked was a completely different one. The weird part was the packing slip had my order listed correctly, so I have no idea where it went wrong

Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while and I still had to go through the hassle of returning everything. Super frustrating when I needed it for a party

The food just didn’t taste fresh to me. Like I said, it had that kind of old flavor, and the taste was a bit off. I’m not sure if it had been sitting too long or what, but like I said, it definitely didn’t seem fresh
